“I have found THE perfect car”, said Jon in his email. And just a week later Jon flies to Melbourne to pick her up: Lara is now parked in our carport, waiting for her first big off-road trip with us.

She is a gorgeous Land Rover Defender 110 TD5 and has heaps of extra’s already built in:

• dual batteries
• long range fuel tank
• built in water tanks
• winch
• built-in storage
• built-in EPIRB
• 3 radio’s
• built-in compressor
• awning
• and….. a built-in hot shower!

Her previous owners did a great job! Now all we need is a car fridge and some time to do some serious planning for some serious off-road trips.
