Marcus and Muz organise the first local adventure race in WA – awesome! They manage to get a full race with 20 teams getting to the start line. And although it takes most teams a bit longer to get back to the finish line than 24hrs we all agree it was great fun and we’ll be back for more!
- leg 1 – trek 7km
- leg 2 – mountain bike 25km
- leg 3 – kayak 12km
- leg 4 – time based rogaine, minimum distance 9km
- leg 5 – mountain bike 42km
- leg 6 – trek 13km
- leg 7 – mountain bike 27km
- leg 8 – kayak 17km
- leg 9 – trek 8km
Jon’s team finishes 5th and Jude’s team finishes 6th after more than 24hrs continuous racing. Only 7 teams from the 20 make it to the finishing line after completing the entire course.
