The zoo (our backyard)

Posted on 8 Aug 2011 | 0 comments

Our backyard comes alive every day (well, mostly at night actually). So far we have seen a ringtail possum with twins, Polly the brushtail possum, lots of talking geckos, husband and wife bush turkey, a snake skin, lots of tiny (less than 3cm) lizards and heaps of birds. Today I have been trying to look after a little bird who tried to fly through our patio door. The poor thing is still dazed – I hope it survives the night!

When we have more photos of animals in our backyard we will add them… maybe I will even be lucky enough to catch an owl on photo…
